Well, with all this rain in Florida this week I discover why my car smells the way it smells. Smh. Small rust spots here and there but leaking from the top of the windshield, probably rotting. Long story short, TO THE BODY SHOP FOR A MONTH. Found a guy to do the work and use metal not bondo and color. Definitely gonna have to pull the floor off and replace, plan on using vynl for the floor, no more carpet

Driver side floor is wet, seat is damp, passenger side dry. I circled where the main leak is coming from in the last photo

If anybody knows any places in the west palm area that does body work at a reasonable rate, lmk please.

My credo
Do what you can with what you have where you are

I had to the driver side drip rails dug out and repaired and as long as I had it at the shop I had them do the passenger side drip rail as well as the rear hatch hinge area. The only one that ever leaked was the drivers door drip rail

Thanks Dennis. Adding new metal and taking the old rusted metal away

I have that link as well, but I don’t see a picture of it so I’m a little ugh about it
