I have a 1987 B2 for about a week I've noticed the windows don't go down unless I've been driving a few miles. Now the drivers window wont move at all, I cleaned the window up and down switch contacts that didn't work, also notice when I push window button up or down I hear a click sound from inside the door possibly the motor. The 20 amp window fuse is fine. Do I need a new motor or just whack it with a hammer lol?

I don't really know, but have you tried lubing the tracks and gears?

Today I hooked wires from the battery directly to the motor and nothing but a clicking sound I guess its time for a new motor probably get both drivers and passenger side motors. At least the AC runs good lol.
