Alot of you might remember my 87 still having the stock D28 TTB with a modified Skyjacker 8" with some James Duff parts! Well over the past year I've been a little busy making the Bronco much more capable offroad!

heres a before:

and now after alot of work and patience!

When I got to where I was going it was dark, so these 4 pictures might not do the BII justice!

This one is pretty much the same as above, but with out the leaves in the way

probably going to need to improve on the shock mount height! Maybe and inch left in "up" travel and the tire isn't even stuffed! :wowwow:

And the list of changes:

FRONT: HP FW D44 running 5:13's attatched to an ARB air locker! Complete with all NEW outers, custom SAS JD Long Travel Radius Arms, Full Size 5.5" coils mounted to custom redesigned JD Shock Mount Coil Buckets! REAR: Big Bearing Ford 9" with matching ARB air locker and 5:13's!

And last but not least I thought I'd share where I decided to locate the ARB pump!

This was the Bronco's first trip out after the conversion was complete! So their are a few bugs that need to be worked out, but nothing that kept me from having a good time!

My appologies for terrible pictures, but I hope to get better this upcoming weekend!

Thanks for viewing

Cheers

Wow that thing is awesome! One hell of a change from what it used to be. If you've got any build up pics you should post them up.

Wow! Cant wait to see more pics. Looks like a very clean build. Everything is painted and shiny...... I like shiny axles.

I plan on making new ones at a later date, but for now these work great!

You can see where I added! Mainly for looks, as the spring uses the original bucket! All I did was remove the spring seat for the stock coils, and than add the full size seat. And boxed it in a little for looks!

As for lift height! I'm guessing at about 8"....? The rear has 2" beltechs and 6" SJ springs.... it sits pretty level! I'm with breaking in the springs I'll end up with abut 7.5!

Cheers

Looks Great, :clapping:
I love the look of the Duff front winch bumper and skid plate.
Do you have a body lift on it?

Not sure about flares just yet! Was thinking about the Bushwackers, but I've heard they break easy! I am open to suggestions from anyone that might have an idea!

And NO on the bodylift! Altough I'm considering a 2"?

Appreciate the comments! Stay tuned fro some better pics after tomorrow!

Cheers

94stx,

Those TTB arms are bing used by a friend of mine in his 86 BII! He'll be going to SAS sometime soon and at that point I may get ride of them! There is a chance they'll get used again, but thats not for certian!

Copycat,

I actually do not know? Wanna share.... i'm curious now! : )
