i got a little more done today....

i bent and welded up the back hoop, i also got the seat frames made for the front seats to attach to the cage seperate of the body. That seat frame was a PITA to deal with cause of the hump and trying to get the seat height right. Later i will have actual buckets but for now i'll deal with the explorer seats. I had to buy a new spool of wire, ran out lol. But i did drive a 100 miles today to purchase something i have desperatly needed for several years and now i will never have to borrow one again............

Whats dial-up? :D I cant believe all of your snow is gone down there. Must be nice. And that trailer sure is going to make towing that monster to the play ground a lot nicer.:icon_thumby:

the fact that i can leave the TSLs on it and fit it on the trailer is priceless.....

With the other trailer i kept having to borrow i needed to put rollers on it, to get it to fit between the fenders/rails. I got real tired of having to take tires on/off everytime it came on/off the trailer.

well it wasnt you then, it was a few guys, one with a sas cherokee, and a blazer. didnt like my front leaf springs, said it wasnt gonna wheel worth a balls up here where it gets rough. (they asked where i was from and i told em detroit)..so i asked where they have been..they started naming local shit, and stuff out past manton and back towards mio....i was fawking trying not to laugh about that...then i asked about out of state...where they go.

nothing.....

at that point i started laughing so hard i thought i was gonna shit myself...:icon_rofl:

so i asked what lockers and t cases they were running...no lockers, just lsd's and trutrac in the front of the blazer....

no winches either.

at that point i told them they should never judge a book by its cover....

a fawking growling ranger with d 60's and a beat winch on the front that looks like its been in a demolition derby isnt much of a indicator for them hard core boys these days i would guess...:haha: dont get me wrong...she is a real pile of shit but it gets me where i want to be:derisive:

once i have my lockers in i will look em up...and see what they got, i just put the 60's in with a 600 dollar budget and no lockers yet..

in the mean time, i really want to see your rig...wheres it at? that sounds cool as hell:icon_cheers:

tomorrow i have to work on the B-Pillar hoop and get that strengthened up and mount the 5 points.......I tried to fit the dash the best i could with as little hacking as possible. I researched quite a bit on RBV cages and seemed most put tubes in front of the dash making it impossible to remove the dash later. I felt it was important to be able to pulle the dash at a later date.
