on a more permanent note, I'd say shackles are a cheaper alternative.

:icon_rofl: Thats great.

1986b2, check your PM's. And this is like the 5th or 6th thread you posted about lifting your truck. You can post multiple questions in the same thread, no need to make a new thread for every new question basically asking the same thing as your other threads.:icon_thumby:

Go to your local parts store and tell them you want to lower your 90 chevy truck. They will hook you up with some shackles and you take them bad boys home and throw em under your B2

The tech library has all the info you need as far as swapping sploder springs into you BII. Not hard at all and I will be doing it in the not so far off future myself.

I prefer putting a block out of a ranger in it if you trying to help your 4x4 ability.Explorer springs are kinda stiff for the front or back IMHO.

Not really at all... If you ask me, they are perfect for a B2.

Belltech shackles will get you around 2", Explorer (4 door) springs will get you another 1-2, and then add your choice of blocks.

Posting a crap ton of threads is rude and it won't get you more answers...FYI... I know you think it will but people will catch on.

Shackles change pinion angle. blocks create play. springs are not cheap....
Rock the blocks if your stock. if you have a 4-6" lift, using shackles will change the pinion angle enough to help with driveshaft angle. but springs.... springs are the way to go.

Edit: I would use explorer leafs if all your after is 1"-2" they ride like add-a-leafs, but! wont sag so much when you pulling your dirtbike, quad, load of dog $#!t....ect.....
