Seat belt stalk needed

My 90 B2 Eddie Bauer needs new R&L front seat belt stalk/cable units as mine have disintegrated. It's the plastic sleeve that brings the buckles up to hip level next to the center console. Does anyone know where I can find the replacements for these? Most of my research has only led me to sites that have entire seat belt units for sale. My first choice would be for an exact fit - tan colored; second choice any color; third choice a universal type that could be adapted to fit around the existing seat belt.

If you can't find any you might be able to make your own using heat shrink tubing, it's available in many sizes and colours.

Complete belt but after 23 years maybe time to replace them anyways. I did my 94 B2300 last year.
