Anyone had to replace the bushings on the hinges of their tire carrier or know what size they are? Right now there seems to be a ton of play in both hinges and it rattles non-stop. I'm assuming I am either missing something that fits around the pin. Anyone else had this problem?

Are you sure its the hinges not the actual latch? Mine rattles at the hatch as there's nothing there to keep it from doing so. I have no idea what bushings are used, nor if any are available anymore :(.

Do what you can with what you have where you are
I took some clear 5/8" reinforced hose cut it about 1 or 1 1/4" long and slid one over each tab on lift hatch so when the hatch comes down and locks in it is really tight and no rattles. If you use your hatch a lot of which I do not you can just cut another one and replace it.
