Spindle nut(s) torque for D28 axle?

I'm looking for some clarification on the torque specs for the spindle nuts on my B2. There's the inner spindle/bearing nut, then a lock washer and then the outer nut. I need to know the torque specs for these two nuts and any special tightening sequence info. The writeup in the tech library says 35-45 foot pounds but doesn't specify which nut that's for....and for that matter, that doesn't seem like a hell of a lot of torque for that outer nut, considering on most other vehicles I know of, the nuts should be pretty damn tight. I think the spec for full size broncos is like 180 ft. lbs. for the outer nut.

says (for a D35) to tighten the inner nut to barely anything (16 inch pounds) and the outer one to 125. I know that you're generally supposed to tighten the inner nut and then back off a bit to sort of pre-load the bearing, but I don't know the exact numbers for my truck. Any info would be appreciated.

Bearings - Ranger TTB axles are known for bearing problems (particularly when using wide-offset wheels). You should keep a close watch on your wheel bearings to make sure they haven't loosened up or become damaged from overheating. If you wheel your Ranger and carry spare parts you'll probably want to carry a spare hub and wheel bearings. The stock hubs are prone to break from hard wheeling and the wheel bearings could go out on you somewhere between the trail and home due to debris, heat and working their way loose. Loosening of the bearings can be minimized by torquing the outer bearing locknut to 225 ft-lbs instead of the book spec of 150.
