my 86 bronco 2 has an explorer trany
4 speed auto
its leaking from the front and when it shifts it takes forever and slips really bad
it just started doing this yesterday before it was a great trany
once it finaly compleats the shift it doesnt slip its like it doesnt want to build enough pressure to shift and it takes forever to shift into reverse but the other bronco 2 i test drove did the same thing so idk if its normal
takes like 3-4 seconds
also the fluid turned orange when this happened
theres no water in it iether
so heres the deal
slow shifting
slips really bad while shifting but not when actualy in gear
no overdrive since yesterday
leaking front seal since yesterday
orange fluid
slow into reverse and weak but seems like all other bronco 2 autos
idk i was just driving down the highway doin 55 when this happened
also how hard would it be to put in a manual trany from another bronco 2 of the same year would i have to change crossmembers??
my bronco has 33s btw and im not hard on it

sounds like a front pump seal and/or a torque converter
