I have a transfer case out of a 83 BII that has 2hi, 4hi, and 4Lo. it was bolted onto a automatic trany. my bronco only has 2hi or 4hi with an automatic trany will these two transfer cases interchange with each other? also what model numbers are they?

are you talking about a fullsize bronco? if so then no, the cases wont interchange.

there have only been 2 cases ever used in ranger based vehicles. the borg warner 1350 and 1354. both have 2hi, 4hi, and 4low ranges. they also both share the same input bolt pattern.

sorry I was talking about a bronco II. I went out and looked at my 84 and the transfer case shift linkage has been broke and somebody tried to fix it but they made it were it wont go into 4Lo. my bronco II has been totaled before so thats probably when it was messed up
