I've got 31x10.50 on my Bll. No lift, no cutting.

I am running 6" of lift on my '86 BII to clear 31" tires. I actually rub the rear at no where near full flex in the rear and the front rubs some when flexing and turning in the front.

It really depends on what kind of lift you get. If you get a cheaper stiffer lift, you won'y have as much flex and won't rub as much (or at all). Or like mjones said, you can run 6" of flexy suspension lift and still rub. I have 6" on my truck as well, and rub on all 4 corners pretty bad. And I was planning to run 33s like this...

I've run 31's on a stock BII.
Really depends on the wheels you have, and how much your springs are sagging.

I have 34-10.5 15 with 4" rough country and 3 in pa body and get very little rub with offset wheels . I didn,t cut a thing on mine. It flexs like crazy. I had 31's on it while stock and had no trouble at all with stock wheels.

I can attest that you are NOT correct. An '87 will not fit 31's without rubbing. I couldn't get the 31's to clear on my '86 without rubbing.

Possible height diff on 84/85 and later? They worked fine on 84 b2.
