I'll be getting a bunch of the intake piping today along with a few other misc parts. Going to try to get the exhaust finished off soon then it can come off and get fully welded.

Waiting to hear back from a couple of guys for some oddball parts. If things keep up then in a Month or less.

This shit ain't easy if you want it to look decent, and takes time to fabricate.

Thanks Cpt. Obvious!:thefinger:

I'm waiting for a guy on the wastegate actuator. I have two but they are rated for 20+ PSI boost. I need a stock Nissan 280 one.

The problem I see, is the bottom end of the engine blowing out the oil pan.

Here are a couple more teasers.

I like how this is coming together.

You do good work Joel, and you people that know me know that if there is anything I hate, it's cobbled up fab work. Yours is always awesome!

Your exhaust looks like it might leak some at the seams tho!

Always a wiseass :thefinger:

Thanks for the props. You never know if you'll be able to do something untill you give it a go. Lots of research/reading is always done before hand. I always dive head first into projects then I have no choice but to finish them, even if it takes me a while.

It took me nearly 4 days to figure out the exhaust but took me 2 hours to do the intake pipes.

Exhaust leaks are not a problem but this one will be.:thefinger:

Yeah, looks like you may have a slight drop in PSI at that seam. ;missingteeth;

Where is the charge cooler?

Too late. I'm not pulling the engine again, unless there is something majorly wrong with it. the SOHC are not plentiful in the wreckers here and the wreckers that do have them want $$$$$ to have to split them from a block.
