yeah they have full function front back up down lumbar, I suggest getting the electric if you have the option to. the only real advice i can give you on what fits and what year models is to take a tape measure and measure your mounting bolt arrangements. the seat ad in the tech forum is out of date and it is for the older rangers, just get out there and measure, i had to go search several junk yards to find my seats. luckily i was looking for seats at the same time as cash for clunkers so there were a lot of vehicles and they were in better condition because it explorer wasn't wrecked.
