Well, without seeing it myself it's hard to say. If you replaced the ball joints, had it aligned, nothing looks bent to the guys working on it, and the camber is in spec, then it may just be in your head. I wouldn't think a bent knuckle could do that without being easy to spot, and those knuckles usually break before they bend (but not always).
