I want to be able to flex it around without poping body mounts or me going through the floor. Lol!!!

Went and did the cross member today and found a pin hole in the tank at the same time, and found lots of corrosion on the fuel level sensor. ( probably why I had to walk back from the feild on my 1st trip). Never trust a gauge until you know it work. Leason learned.

And I had to test out the tires, I went alot further in another spot. They worked great.

after all of that work i would be afraid to mess up the body off the beaten path but i do like how it turned out.:headbang: is that fiberglass that you used? is there a reason you choose that if instead of bondo?

Its hard to find a 95 with no rust up here let alone an 89. Canucks?? I'm on the other side of canada lol.

Scared to beat it, i paid 150$ and have 400$ into it. As long as I get a good pic of everyside 1st its getting trashed, and a chopped top when i roll it or take out a window. I used long haired fiberglass from bondo and then short hair fiberglass from bondo to make it a litttle more smooth.

Thanks

I patched the hood and painted that yesterday, got the roof all sanded and bondoed the top of the rear hatch. Someone must have backed in to something. Hole on each side in the same spot...

well it's coming out of the garage tomorrow for a few days. Need the room in the shop.

Just remember, it's not done. But here is what it looked like when it when in under the knife...

Well the fender was already replaced in this pic. Had a 6" x 12" hole of rust
