Well I got this thing hauled in for 150$. So far I have about 100$ of parts on it and 40$ of steel, and 750 of rubber. It needed fenders(4), floor,lf corner body work, cross members, brakes, shifter cables, seats, and who knows what I will find next.

Remove sway bars ( it not my dd, its a toy)
longer shocks
add axle straps to limit drop
finish rocker panel and floor

I'm going to be doing the same thing with mine as soon as the weather improves. I did it once about eight years ago and it's time to do it again. This time I'm going to build a tube frame inside first, in the hope that it will help to keep the body more rigid , It should also simplify some of the interior bits. I doubt the interior crap will fit after I finish but who cares. gotta love the rust belt.

Went and did some more today, When I removed the rocker panel the truck twisted some. It took 2 rachet strapes inside and one floor jack to get it back in place. Door work so nice now.... hahha makes it all worth it.
