I'll repeat Scooters statement since Im sure he thinks your a moron by now and say "SEARCH".

And IMHO, Dont use the rear axle from the cherokee. Keep your 8.8 match the gears in the Dana 30.

I did search and it brought me to this site so I figured I would ask if anybody on this site has done the swap and get some helpful info besides SEARCH but I guess not.

Not to be a dick or anything, but we have MULTIPLE comlete writeups on different axle combinations in out Tech Library. There's no need to copy and paste it into this thread for you.

They mean use the search button on this forum at the top if the page....it will basically involve the same process as installing a long arm kit on a heep. And you would do better with a Ford 44...

As far as the Ford 44 I'm only using the jeep axle because I already have it and its just a daily driver. I'm not a fan of my stock independent suspension and the auto hubs that never work when I need em.

I apologize if that comment seemed rude.... it was in no way my intentions. I was only refering to the way a member can be flamed up one side of the forum and down the other when asking a question, whether it be a NOOBE question or SAS or TTB or a question that doesn't seem to relate to a Rockwell axle.

What does the type of axle have to do with anything? When you ask stupid questions you get stupid answers. Most people learn from their first flame and don't ask any mire stupid questions after...
