I have queston on the a possible open circuit.I was doing a voltage check at the negative cable to negative post and found 11.59 volts on the Green fuse link.I pulled all fueses and CBs through ellimination and still have voltage.I isolated the fuse link to the door locks that is connected with the Green fuse link and still have voltage. As per the Haynes manual page 12-35 fuse link E which feeds the ignition switch. No voltage should be present pass the switch if it's in the off position?I 've replaced the ignition switch and still have this problem.
