body lift question in regards to shifter

I am putting a 3 inch body lift on my bronco II. this vehicle already has a 3 inch suspension lift. Will the 3 inch body lift have any effect of my transmission shifter (A4LD)? thanks!

You'll have to adjust the linkage.

One problem with a 3-inch body lift can be the 4x4 shifter. Sometimes the body can keep the lever from going all the way back in to 4LO.
