I have a 3in body lift and am trying to replace my upper rad hose. I bought an OEM one and it doesn't fit at all... Tried a different parts house same thing -- no dice. What year/model hose will fit with my truck.

Thanks,
Mike

Adms08 thanks, I have a 94 EX and it looks like it might fit but when I put it on mine it binds on one of the bends and I am afraid it will rub on my CAI...

Bump any one have any more ideas?

In some of the different swaps I have done over the years I have bent a coathanger in the rough shape of the hose I needed. Take that to the parts store and browse through their hose selection. You will be able to find what you need that way.

I would also suggest a universal flex hose. Or the coat hanger trick. I had to use a flex hose for the lower on my 302 swap.

Yeah they work great. Probably way more durable than your standard hose. The name is misleading though, they look like you could tie them in knots but they're actually pretty stiff.

But they don't pinch off when you flex them like a normal hose.

I guess I will have to try the flex hose then.. I was/am skeptical b/c it looks too rigid - like it would put pressure on the upper rad inlet.
