First off I came across a 7.5 out of a mustang that had a locker in it for free was wondering if the locker would work in my b2? Next question my b2 is in need of some shocks I have a 4 inch rough country lift what shocks do you guys recommend?

RC sells shocks for their lift... I wouldn't recommend the nitro ones tho. I didn't like mine. Personally I'd look at the monroe chart and just go to advanced and match up what you need. Something like that...

Bilstein's are my favorite and what I have on the front now, but they are expensive.

the locker, well what type of locker is it? It should fit.. I don't know of any differences in the 7.5 but I can't say that with 100% confidence

what size tire do you want to run? what kind of wheeling do you plan on doing?

reason I'm asking... I wouldn't recommend wheeling on a 7.5 with 35's and locked... you know, stuff like that. you might want to look into the explorer 8.8 swap if you're wanting do any decently hard wheeling.

The 7.5" locker will work, just make sure its in good condition before you go through the trouble of tearing the rear end apart LOL.

Nice. Yeah just look over it good and go for it. If its a carrier type locker like Detroit, would you have to check the gear pattern again? Make sure your backlash and all is good?

Before you install it, you would need to check the gear set to make sure its not damaged, once installed you would have to set the backlash on it, other than that its just a direct install.
