I find blue LEDs make things much harder to read.

But if you must...
The dash (instrumentation) bulbs are #194. The front dome is a wedge-base bulb (#912 something like that I think), the rear dome uses a weird tubular bulb with little wire loops on each end that hook onto the fixture contacts. I kindof doubt you'll find a direct-fit LED bulb to go in there, but maybe I'm wrong (i didn't bother looking, I just modified mine so I could fit some warm/neutral white LED chips inside of it).

A slightly yellowish green should be very easy to read, though that's about what stock is already.

Yellow & orange is usually also easy to read, but deep blue light like what LEDs give off our eyes just don't work efficiently with (deep red can also be difficult to see).
If the blue light has some white mixed in with it, it's not near as bad (most "white" LEDs like what you're looking at actually have a pretty strong bluish tint to them, maybe those might work for you?).
