I have a 1986 Bronco II, yes I know this a Ranger site, I believe they are the same chassis and such, My problem is the dash lights and turn signals aren't working. Also the fuel gauge, ammeter, temp gauge, and radio aren't working either. I'm thinking it could be a bad ground, but I don't know where to start looking. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Right above it does say:
"Serving Ranger, Bronco II, Explorer & Mazda B-Series Owners Since 1999" ;)

They are known collectively as "RBVs" (Ranger-Based Vehicles)

I would agree, a bad ground is likely if all the fuses are good.
Another obvious indicator for a bad ground is if certain things barely glow or their voltage changes when you turn on or off other things also affected.

Solved

After chasing ground wires and changing a few, especially the main one, still had no success. It turns out that the alternator was bad, I don't know what it has to do with the gauges and turn signals, but, as soon as I installed the new alternator, everything worked again.
