Fuse 8 controls the dome lights, glovebox light, ashtray light and headlights on switch. My dome, glovebox, ashtray lights all work so it is not the fuse. The dome lights come on when you open the door so I am guessing it is not the door switch?

That would be my guess as well.
Check the RED/PINK wire at the connector for the chime for voltage with the door open to is the door switch is sending voltage to the chime.
Wiring diagram shows voltage goes to the chime from the door switch, headlight switch (BR) and fuse panel (R/Y) when key is turned on.
Ground is supplied when the key is in the ignition Key switch (BK/PK) or the seatbelt (BR/LB) is not fastened.

I found 2 90 B2's at the local U-pick yard so I went and pulled both chimes and plugged them in and still nothing?

Use my previous post to check for voltages and grounds at the chime connector.
It's really common for people to disable the seat belt chime (mine was done by a previous owner with wire cutters :( ) , that would leave only the ignition switch as ground.
