Well Finally got the exhaust done and all the little bugs worked out of it so that it can be reliable and road worthy..
I ended up keeping the stock single core radiator from a 92 explorer. This is a very small radiator, a direct fit, and when used with a pusher fan. ( i used a procomp pusher fan about 36 bucks on amazon) it works well. The temp never gets too hot even on 80 degree days.
With 3:73 gears it revs a tad high above 55mph ( i have 28" small stock tires on it) but is still reasonable. I would say it's worth doing the swap
definately cool to drive!
