Anybody notice the gap on the bottom passenger side u-bolt and the axle tube? The ubolt isnt holding anything at all. That creating axle wrap and probably your problem. Need to tighten the ubolts down more.

Agreed. You need to be real careful with the auto parts store u-bolts and aluminum blocks. I went through 3 sets of ubolts and 2 sets of blocks because they are crap.

What leafs do you have?

Leafs are stock with add a leaf.
The blocks are NOT aluminum.
And the u bolts did not come from the zone.
That's all RC stuff. My new ubolts are on the way. This is mentioned earlier in the thread. Lol.

I'm working on trying to find something for rear leafs to replace those

Me too. We don't have the option for 63s very easily.

yeah i know.... i've been talking to a buddy at rough country about measurements and stuff, but everything keeps coming back to we have the longest leafs that are readily avaible (other than 63's) so idk what to do... he's looking into trying to find some the same length that i have now just w/ a better arch and better flex. its cool to have friends in the right places.

i like my add a leaf bastard pack when daily driving or towing my 4wheelers but they are a little stiff for offroad. it helped reduce the sway when daily driving and towing its obvious why i like them. right now i'm not running a rear sway bar and i actually can't tell the difference.

oh and btw: i will tighten those u-bolts again when i get home... or when i get to Spyder Offroad this afternoon. we got a lift party going on!!

Idk that I'm really concerned about longer leafs... I just would like to get some flex and ditch the block. I'd go longer if I knew what I could do and what would really help. If we are at 54" now, the 56" won't change enough to make it worth moving a shackle IMO.

Mine flex really good. They are just stock 2 leaf rangers with another ranger main leaf with the ends cut off. I placed it under the main leaf.

I have Explorer leaf springs and stock shackles, I still have my lift blocks though....I could get a little more with some shackles but I'm happy with the rear for now, I just need to get the front to stuff....:annoyed: Here is a poser shot! :icon_thumby:

installed a black 20 tooth gear on the speed sensor today... seems to have corrected my speedo.

my trip puts me at 550 miles on the new gears.. which means i'm actually slightly under 500 since my speedo was showing to fast till today. got me some more diff fluid today. gonna drain it, pull the cover and see what there is to look at (hopefully nothing interesting to see!) then seal it back up w/ new fluid if all is well.

still loving the 4.56's!

If it isn't making noises, and the pattern on the drive and coast sides nice and centered on the tooth surfaces, you are golden

Gonna look like this pretty much:

i'm lovin my 5.13's even tho I do have a bad tendencie of stalling it now that it's all back together. The locker catches me off gaurd regularly. if i'm creepin at idle and turn the truck doesnt have enough ass to scrub one tire at idle and she falls on her face. guess i'm being too easy on it as i could never let the truck idle (moving) anywhere before.

everything seems fine, but since i'm changing the fluid, and i have a lubelocker (no RTV to clean up)... i'm gonna take the cover off and have a peek anyways.

20 tooth--(Black) for anyone w/ that combo.
checked it on this http://www.grimmjeeper.com/gears.html which is an AWESOME website.

Let's not go there, here. Found them anyways. It was a photobucket screwup. I know better than try to take pics from the app. I should just take the pics then upload them. might be able to recover the pics, we shall see. It's not a big deal deal anyways. Looks like the pic posted above

Now if you wanna bash my iPhone... I'll meet you over in the iPhone v droid thread later today. Eh? If there's not a thread for that already, we'll make one... I'm an apple guy. I'm an iPhone guy. But I won't own an iPhone not jailbroken. My iPhone will do EVERYTHING a droid will do and then some, and have a better easier UI doing it. /rant.
I'll defend my iPhone just like I defend Ford...or the fact that I'm a Tenn Vols fan.

Your BII is looking great man!

As far as the Iphone goes, the hardware is pretty good, but I cannot stand the iOS.

One thing I will agree with you on is it being jailbroken.

Its time for an avatar update btw.
