One thing I will agree with you on is it being jailbroken.

Its time for an avatar update btw.
Ahhh. Yes. Yes it is. I need to get more pics with the new tires. I don't really have any yet.

uh... yeah. 4.56's and 285/75-16's give me 15.1 mpgs in town driving it kinda hard.

with the 3.73's and 30's i got 18 in town driving that way.

oh well, i like it this way!!

Since we are on topic of MPGs...

I can't get 15 if I had my foot in it all the time. Worst I have ever got with 33's & 4.88's was 16.1 and that was letting it shift around 3500 rpms. Usually I get about 340miles out of a tank and put in 19 gallons = 17.9 mpg...all time best was 19.6 a few months back (all freeway mind you at 65mph).

With 3.73's and 33's I was getting 16.5 all time best and high 14s at worst.

alright... got a line on a used cobra 75 cb. will be nice since i don't use a cb much. just on trails or in convoys. otherwise i use my 2 meter which will continue to hang from my dash.

also, plans are to go get my d35 axle friday/saturday... got some work to do down on the farm (where my parts ex is) so i'm gonna pull it while i'm there. gotta get it done before april (spring run for MSJ)

other than that... have i mentioned i'm glad i decided on 4.56's?!?!?! thanks to the guys that steered me that way. you know who you are.

I get 10mpg no matter how I drive my truck, highway, city, etc...

My 2.8 just has to hard of a time pushing my truck around and the fastest I can get ther to go is 65mph and it just doesnt have anymore, wind resistance is just to much, even in third gear giving hell at 65mph, thats all she will ever have.

alright, did two half tank fill ups (both at around 100 miles) and it comes out to right at 18-20ish MPGS, my jaw dropped. idk what was up with the first tank, or if i did the math wrong or something... when i hit 100 miles after figuring i had 14ish MPGs, i filled up again and got 18.2... did another 100 miles (more interstate this time, had to go to north memphis and back twice) and i got 19.6.. interstate speed was around 68 MPH. i'm happy with it.

anyways, i feel like i neutered my b2 today... i dropped the front driveshaft to see what 2LO feels like. can't use 4x4 anyways, no point in the shaft being there...i'll just have to remove it when i go to do the axle swap.. gonna try out what 4(2)Lo feels like later.

Mainly a place to keep it at the house place... It's down on farm. That and time...

BUT! there's always a but! There are plans in the making.. It's stripped. The drivetrain is in my b2 so.... Gotta start fresh with it!

well it died on me today... it runs great when idling in park or neutral.. moment i put it in gear it dies.

also, when leaving my neighboorhood i noticed i didn't feel it catch gear like usual. it usually catches hard and sudden to where you can see/feel it.. this time it didn't.

idk, but i gotta have it fixed and my d35 in by april 21st for the MSJ Spring Run at Superlift.
