Well i got my 2.5 ton Rockwells today, as well as a new sbf c-6 and a new 208 and 205 t case and i even weny out and bought some brand new 50" v treads with rockwell centers. So i will be posting up a build thread starting this Saturday.... Taking after my mentor... Kim ( trainhorn) for giving me the inspiration to do this and am going to build a small wheel base mudder. There is 1 catch though. I will be setting it up with a 1 link suspension!

rockwells and 1 links-
sounds cool
i'm definitely subscribing to this
I've seen some pretty interesting one link designs on pirate4x4 - they seem like they'd work well if engineered right

we are doing the suspension first and then we have to lift the body 4 more inches just to make the tires clear.i also have to move the engine forward 4 inches so the rear drive shaft angle is better. With this added lift it will sit 8ft 6in. high!

millitary trucks, the 2.5 ton 6x6 have them, if you get two front axels you can have four wheel steering.
