thats another point the *dont know if you call it biggest or smallest* gear ratio you can fit in a d28 is 4.10 which works perfectly with 32 and 33, any thing bigger in tire size puts you in the d35. by the way ive been running 33 on my 28 for a year, and nothing has broke, then again i haven't pushed her hard enough for stuff to breakDont forget you'll need new gears with tires that big.
It ain't a party till somethin get broke !!! :icon_thumby:the TTB d35 is stronger than a Jeep d30, and it bolts right in.
To do a solid front axle requires custom work done. If your gonna go through the trouble you should get a d44 or something. You can't just buy a jeep lift and slap it under your B2.
33s are going to brake shit on the d28 (Hell plenty of people brake shit with 31s) nevermind 35s. Dont forget you'll need new gears with tires that big.
Yeah, I prefer to avoid trail-side axle changes... Thats a bitch of a job at home with the TTB front ends if you havn't done a c-clip elimination first. Having to do it on the trail would make me wanna cry.It ain't a party till somethin get broke !!! :icon_thumby:
