How hard is it to swap an '89 Bronco II 2wd to a 4wd?

Is it as easy as swapping in a manual transfer case, dropping the TIB and then installing the TTB?

Is the engine cross members the same?

Are the drop brackets the same?

He only wants a 1.5" to 2" lift so I have a new set of coil spacers he is going to use. This is going to be his daily driver, but he wants it to be 4wd. I get to find/buy all the parts, then mark them up $20-$50 depending on the part and he pay me for it. Then I get to help put them on:shok:
