Whats up guys? Its been a little sence I last stoped in. Thought I would drop a few pictures of the 2.9L I decided to drop into my 88BII. I was going to go with the 5.0L swap, have almoste everything to do it but decided to put it in the ranger instead. I got this 2.9L off craigs list. Its a reman long block it was still on the shipping crate, I picked it up for $200 no joke.
After checking it over and making sure it was fresh I went ahead and painted it.... Here it is. Let me know what you think.

Thanks for looking.

Always love the 2.9 getting some much needed respect!

A Bronco II for 250 and a motor for 200? Man you've done very good at getting deals!

Yeah just good luck I guess. Just need to pick up a few more things then Ill drop it in. (Pacesetter Headers, waterpump, electric fan setup,ect....) I installed a high volume oil pump in this motor, cost $135 but im sure it will show its worth.
Oh and yeah I like the 2.9l its an all around good motor as long as you keep it cool.

What were the rules about shooting stuff? Were you supposed to salute or paint things before you shot them?
