Hmmmm....sick is a similar word to the one my wife used.......
I actually just finished them, other than installation. My BII has all electric, and in order to swap in the new doors I need to do the trailer hitch quick disconnect mod to the door electrical harnesses. That is tomorrow, I think. I'll see about some pre- mounted pics, but it will ruin the finished project effect I was gonna spring on ya.
I did go ahead and fabricate some custom mirror mounts using some uni-strut pieces, and hand made brackets. I think I really like how that turned out. I used the original mirror heads, blackened, and I like the look.
Since My Beloved gets pretty nervouse about some of the dangerouse appearing things that I do.....I made some removeable wire mesh panels that lock in to the half doors to make them more like whole doors, for highway travel purposes.
Also, all the original door latch and lock functions are still functional, and when I get around to making removeable "window" panels, The doors should be securable, for intown locking issues.
I also plan to make snap on vinyl panels to make them rain proof, using some heavy mil welding screen that I have. This will be next week, likely. I still need boatsnaps for this.
