maybe a good deal where you live but most bronco2s i find on c-list around here are cheap, for example an 84 for 500 needs a new motor/trany (the guy has the new motor/trany just needs instaled), or i bought an 86 that needed brake lines for the rear replaced. might just be me getting lucky. well yeah that should be pretty good as long as you find a trany for cheap. i would buy it

If the frame and body are solid, and you don't mind a little weekend warrior service work? Makes for a good project.

Around me you are lucky to find decent ones for under $1500. One with bad trannies or engines dont seem to get posted on craigs.

If you are willing to put the tranny in, then do it.
