Little flex shot. I gota drop the rear about 2" with softer coils. In the pic the passenger side isn't even hitting the 4" bump yet!

The 2.9 started making horrific noises and than locked right up me this weekend.... looks like its time for a 4.0 swap. I have my 91 ranger 4.0 and harness. Anybody know if the 4.0 engine harness will plug right into the fire wall of the 89 bronco 2 or am i guna be doing wire madness?

During my research I have been reading some say its plug n play n others say its not...

Havent broke it yet, had it on my ranger first for hard miles.

The ranger is getting full driveline upgrade. D44 TTB and 9" rear.

I have this exact swap in my DD, it might run, but you'll have problems with heater controls tail lights, interior lights windsheild wipers ect,

Baby bronco. Ill try just the engine harness swap first. If i have no luck ill swap more wiring. Ill work it out.

Im hoping the 4.0 fits with my engine cage. Likely not guna tho. Cut er up!

Looks good. The upgrades are major but look so subtle if you just glanced.
