he's trading it in today on a 2012 rubi jk... and the guy at Gossett said the first thing he was doing would be put new tires on it... and it didn't change his figures for trade-in.. so why not? :icon_rofl:

Should of went with a 2011. The new 3.6 is so much better than the 3.8.

PS: Nevermind. I read that wrong. I read 2010 for some reason.

The Bronco looks really cool with those tires.
Have u felt any difference on the power delivery? compared to the old tires?

it looks A LOT better. it rides A LOT better..

can i notice the difference? yes.. my truck downshifts quick going up a hill and the acceleration is not what i'd like it to be. but the 4.56's will cure it... i had kinda just got fed up w/ building the 8.8.. after that week of nothing but it being hard headed.. so i walked away from it and have been focusing more on school... my finals are next week; after that i'm out of class till after the 1st of the year so.... back on the 8.8 i go. :icon_bounceblue:

if it breaks i HAVE to fix it... right? :icon_idea: i'd HAVE to finish my axles that way... :icon_rofl::icon_rofl:

anyways, i bought some toys for it to... got 16 LED lights. gonna use like 10-12 for rock lights and the others inside. some of them for cargo area, some for lighting up the floor...wired w/ the dome light. but they won't get installed for awhile.

they are these lights http://www.oznium.com/prewired-superflux they are really nice for the price... we did a group buy at MSJ on them and got them down to $2.53 a light--shipped. so its not bad.

put my 8.8 in the shed on jackstands.. we have a heater in there and its out of all the dang rain we are getting.

after i finish exams this/next week i'll start working on it again. i want away from these 3.73's... :thefinger:

its about 29 degrees F here right now... which is freaking cold for us!!! but oh well. i'll endure it. its not like we'll get more than 4" of snow or so... and it'll probably only snow 3 times all winter.

^I've never seen them in a TTB D35, only IFS.

I ran 3.73s with 32s and the 2.9 and it was perfect, but they suck with 35s even after the 4.0.
the 2nd gen 4x4 with the 2.3 had 4.10s tbb 35sthat about it

well no pics; but when out and rode some tonight down in the flat land... riding some trails; found some rocks... haha... well, um....

lets just say another d28 hub bites the dust... to bad i have a spare set of those. if i didn't have a spare, i would HAVE to get my d35 yanked from the ex, built, and swapped in...

i have GOT to get back on my 8.8 build.. life's just been busy recently

I've been working 12 hour shifts 7 days a week for the past two weeks and still managed to get my doubler 90% complete.
