Got hatch mounted today. Shimmed it a little bit to make it close better. Freakin love it.

Started realizing that I'm building my perfect B2. But its spanning over the entire run of the B2 production.

My truck is a 90 w a 94 ranger 4.0. It has the 90 A4LD w/ a 88 manual tcase( next weekend) I have 88 doors w manual windows, 84 rear hatch w opening window, 89 front clip and about 6 cans of rattle can flat black
Brings to mind that old Johnny Cash song "One Piece at a Time" LOL . . . will get a closer look tomorrow.

Too bad your not closer, ive got a set of 4 BFG MTs 30x9.50x15 that id sell for $100, but the shipping would be 3 times that probably.

I appreciate the thought, that's normally the way things go on here. Someone on the other side of the country has what you need.

I've got some new ideas spinnin in my head. Probably in the spring, I'm going to swap in my D35 from my other B2. Gonna build my own extended radius arms and new tranny crossmember. The duff kit is 600 bucks, but it doesn't look that hard to do. I have more time than money.:icon_welder:

Still need to swap my t case. Just trying to find the downtime.

Found a D44 SA for my other B2.

There is a guy over on broncoii.org that did a 2 piece hatch. Cut the hatch in half then used a Ranger tailgate. Its pretty badass, but then so is the opening window.

:headbang:Been fightin the ex wife in court. My lawyer got my lift, tire, rim and bumper money. Well worth it, but got me behind on my project. I won in court.

Time to get started. More good news...... The clutch set that I put in my other B2,can be damaged out and refunded as a part of my 4.0 clutch set. So my cost will go down considerably:headbang:

Maybe Tan will be my SAS w a V8. Hmmmm maybe a midengine B2 like gwaii's ranger.
JK, dont think its long enough, plus engine noise would be tremendous.
i know its from a while back but i wnted to point it out

gwai has a b2 with a mid engine 460 its his wheelstander. and when you finish the paint if you havnt already my vote is for camo racing stripes i think thatd be awsome.

Also did the pedal assembly and steering column swap. Steering column was nothing.
Pedal assembly was a booger. It only took an hour, but still frustrating

Ran into that on my old BII I believe the 4.0 flywheel is a touch thicker and you need different bolts. Got mine from the dealer but you could probably find them elsewhere. Looking good though keep it up:icon_thumby:
