I say weld it then. Yes I know it's not as easy to reverse the process if deciding to go open diff and whatnot but if your are sure you want it to stay locked, then weld it up.

Now I did read a thread awhile back on TRS about, if I remember right, a fuzzy locker or fuzzy spider gears. Should look it up.

Root cause seems to be the cross pin bolt. Which caused the pin to slide and one block to fall out. Then the carrier hit the loose block locking it up and putting all the force on one end of the cross pin.

You could have used duct tape around the carrier to hold the blocks in :icon_thumby: Seriously tho, did you use locktight on the pin bolt? I always use locktight just for that reason...

If you go back with the spool, make sure you get a hardened pin. I have a spare 8.8 cover if you need it...

Well I got my shifter fixed today, one wheel well cut, reinstalled the passenger seat, and started removing my winch. It quit working so its time to trade it in on the warranty.

Tomorrow I hope to get the other wheel well cut, and replace the front pinion seal. Need to replace the outer seals as well, but that can wait.

The B2 really needs a lot of work, but having 2 projects is exhausting.

Bought it back in Dec. Think the relay is bad. It just clicks. Checked all the connections.

Make sure you ground the black wire on the outside, as its the ground for the remote control and the relay pack...
