I assume youre going to be running your steering in double sheer? or are those just gussets? Just doesnt look like theres much room there for a heim to articulate (looks like it will bind on the gusset). ??

Those are just gussets....

I made my own hi-steer back in the day, and the BJ knuckles dont get them up very high. I will be building onto the hi-steer arm itself, you will see. I added the gussets just for extra strength... I never had issues before, but I intend on doing some higher speed stuff this go around, so I wanted the extra assurance.

No.

I have a 1.75" tube spacer that goes between the top of the hi-steer arm and the Heim joint.

Just having a crazy time with life right now, I'm about to ETS, and move to CO.... and I've got to finish the B2 and a few other projects I took on for other people. Its getting crazy.

I read your entire thread. Took me two days. Holy crap you did, so much work on that b2. Well, If you can even call it that anymore. It's awesome. Because you built everything... Anyway, I'd love to see some updates on this thread, I just finished my SAS on my b2.. You gave me some serious inspiration and idea's. Thank you for building this thread. I don't mean to sound weird or anything but this bronco 2 is the baddest MF.
