I showed the pics to my wife today... She ripped the phone out of my hand and said “OOOH, I like that.” I told her it’s based on the Escape chassis (she’s on her 3rd new Escape now.) She wanted to go buy one today.

Yeah... something doesn’t look right with that pic. A clay model would explain it being “off” a little.

I would never waste my time and money on a megasquirt for a 2.9L. I would just throw a stock harness and computer on it. (and call it the scrap guy to come haul it away. :icon_rofl:)

That "double relay" set-up looks like the common way to tap into Ford power locks on an aftermarket alarm.

The 2 taped together look like they may be for an aftermarket alarm... You have power locks?

I think we have a mis-communication as to what exactly a "front clip" is... (alwaysFlOoReD knows what a front clip is.) If you just mean the bumper, lights, etc (not sheet metal) then yes its all just bolt on.

Drop the glove box down past the stops and you can get to the cables.
