i just read this whole thread and that is the sweetest setup i have ever seen now i want to turbo my 4.0. :icon_hornsup::icon_welder:

one question tho is that a dry filter or oil (i have heard terrible things occur with an oiled filter and a turbo):sad:

Nah, that's just a bunch of nonsense made up by people who've never tried it and propagated by internet "experts". :icon_thumby:

I only had it out once for about 15 min then it went back into the shop.

It was only running 2.5 PSI at the time. I'm going to tighten up the wastegate actuator and see if I can bump it up slowly to 6 PSI. The last bit of work that needs doing is the 7th and 8th injector harnesses.

How will you activate the injectors, full time, or with some type of pulse??

4.5 psi would be equal to about 50 horses or so I imagine?

each # should be about 7% torque increase.

no that should be 7% gain off the stock tq per #, not compounded. and hp gains should be the same.

Okay, maybe I'm dumb, but what are the benefit of recirc the BOV into the low press intake?? To keep the turbo spooling?? And the small fitting on top of the BOV, I take it thats the vacuum line port??
